These terms apply when you browse hisalu.co or buy something from us.

Who we are

Hisalu is a sole proprietorship registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (GSTIN: 29BHZPD8163J1ZH). You can reach us at hello@hisalu.co or through our Contact page.

Products and orders

We sell apparel, prints, and small objects. Every product is made to order — production begins after you place your order. Nothing is pre-stocked.
When you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. A second email with tracking details follows once it ships.
We may decline or cancel an order if there is a payment failure, a pricing or listing error on our site, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or banking details.
Prices on the site reflect current pricing and may be updated from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Product accuracy

We photograph and describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen, and printed colours may vary slightly between batches. These small variations are part of made-to-order printing and are not defects.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

These are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: you can cancel before production begins, and we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

Your content

If you write to us with a story, photograph, or suggestion, you keep ownership of it. We will not publish your material without your permission.

Our content

The writing, photographs, and designs on this site belong to Hisalu unless credited otherwise. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking us first.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to get every order to you in good condition and on time. Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and can be affected by weather or other events we can’t control — but if a shipment goes wrong, we’ll help you track it down.
If something goes wrong with an order, the most we can offer is a full refund of what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
