Shipping Policy

Every Hisalu product is made to order — production begins after you place your order. That shapes what we can and cannot offer. Here’s how it works.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

How long it takes

Every product is made after you order it, so there are two parts to the timeline:

Production: 2–5 business days. Your product is printed, checked, and packed.

Delivery: 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Metro cities are usually at the faster end; remote pin codes take longer.

In total, expect your order within 5–14 business days of placing it. Most orders arrive well within that window.

If your order contains both apparel and prints or objects, the items may ship separately from different production facilities. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges after that.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not updated for several days, write to us at hello@hisalu.co and we will chase it.

Delays

Courier delays happen — weather, festivals, remote routes. We cannot control delivery once a package is with the courier, but we will always help you track down a delayed shipment. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we reprint and reship it free, or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, reshipment is at your cost, and we cannot refund orders lost to an incorrect address.
