Morning fog crossing the road to the Chitai temple
Chitai, near Almora · September 2020
One side of the road is a clear September morning — pine trees, grass, blue sky. The other side is white. Fog was climbing across the road to the Chitai temple near Almora, thick enough to hide everything past the grass on the right while the left stayed in the sun.
The fog was moving, not settling. The divide in this frame lasted about as long as it took to stop the bicycle — the white side kept crossing, and the road ahead disappeared and returned as it went.
